Cacao & Treats
OUR VISION
Laurent and Nancy are two epicureans, passionate about the magic of taste, authentic and traditional flavors. They have come together to offer you a range of traditional products, mixing the traditional and the unexpected, paying particular attention to the quality of their staple products.
Laurent's area of expertise is chocolate, with which he has been working for more than a decade. With beans imported from plantations in Africa and South America, selected for both their gustative quality and the ethics of their harvest, he prepares different types of chocolates in the shop itself. La Maison du Cacao also offers a selection of artisanal pralines, innovative while remaining traditional.
Nancy is specialized in pastry. Its varied specialties are as appealing to the eyes as particularly tasty, prepared with fresh, high-quality products. Its 'Homemade Douceurs', prepared in the workshop of the shop, will seduce you by their originality, their palette of colors and their incomparable taste.
Gifts & Events
ALL OCCASIONS ARE GOOD TO ORDER OUR TREATS
The chocolate as well as the pastries are made within the shop. It is therefore possible to produce them on request.
The cakes from Nancy will be the most beautiful feature for birthdays or weddings.
Tablets and boxes are original corporate gifts that will undoubtedly be highly appreciated.

“As with most fine things, chocolate has its season. There is a simple memory aid that you can use to determine whether it is the correct time to order chocolate dishes: any month whose name contains the letter A, E, or U is the proper time for chocolate.”

The Cacao Beans
QUALITY CACAO
The Maison du Cacao and Homemade Douceurs attach particular importance to the staple products used in their recipes.
We import cacao beans from three different origins: Congo, Colombia and Guatemala. The harvest of each of these beans is carried out while respecting ethics and supporting development projects. They have also been selected on the basis of their flavor, allowing the discovery of incomparable aromas, which confer all its originality to chocolate.
The praliné is also made in the shop, from Italian hazelnuts of protected geographical indication (PGI): these are the Tonda Gentile nocciole from Piedmont.
The productions of La Maison Du Cacao and Homemade Douceurs only rely on fresh and high quality products.
